Amber Room, located within the historic Sobański Palace on Av. Ujazdowskie, is an architectural and culinary gem that spells absolute class. The menu, created by Welsh-born Chef Lee Jones, is modern European and comprises Polish as well. He is the recipient of prestigious British awards and has led the kitchens of Michelin-star restaurants, and at the prestigious La Finca in the south of Spain.
