Amber Room is located within Sobański Palace, an architectural gem on one of the most beautiful streets in Warsaw. Part of the Polish Business Roundtable Club, the visionary behind this is the late Mr. Jan Wejchert. A spacious setting spells class; the essence here is modern Polish, with items such as the foie gras marinated in Madeira with figs; the duck breast with creamy carrots and figs; and the chocolate fondant with cheesecake.
The restaurant has proven itself at the “Wine and Food Noble Night” culinary competition organized annually in Warsaw; in its first entry in 2010 it won in all three categories! Recommended by the Michelin Guide 2011, 2012 and 2013, it is only one of two restaurants in the city to have received Michelin’s 4 Forks and Spoons categorizing it as a luxurious restaurant!
