New York-inspired Koko & Roy is a Seasonal New American restaurant and bar in Warsaw, focused on presenting contemporary American food while simultaneously celebrating local ingredients and flavors. Owners Annah “Koko” Syta and Jonathan Roy fell in love with Warsaw, its rapid food and cultural transformation with its emerging sophisticated culinary wants. Indeed this is an extension of the current Manhattan and Brooklyn food movement, a style often unexplored in Europe; the emphasis here is on modernization of traditional recipes with refined techniques and the use of seasonal, farm fresh ingredients. The result is elevated, rustic food with a fresh, modern sensibility, served in a manner that encourages sharing. Koko & Roy’s warm atmosphere is further enabled by an eclectic art-deco peppered interior which celebrates the city’s past whilst embodying the edginess and energy of today’s Warsaw!
