Special cooking events by the Chef with prominent stars result in “autographed” or signature dishes. Outstanding items include the celery and truffle cream soup; the lamb chop with spring onion mousse; the sturgeon served with puree of pumpkin, coriander and dried figs; and for dessert the delicious praline tart with fruits and strawberries ice cream. With a “flaming bar”, renovated Oswald chairs from the 1950’s, genuine Serge lighting, and original photos of Marilyn Monroe by Milton Green, Signature is indeed a culinary venue that scales great heights!
