RYBKI NOVE, Krakow

Rybki Nove Restaurant is in the newer part of the architectural landmark, Stary Hotel, a few steps from the Main Square. Michał Droździk, chef by education and passion, treats cooking as art. He trained under top chefs, co-created kitchens in renowned Polish restaurants, and thus brings this rich, extensive experience here. His menu is Polish based, replete with local specialties and seasonal products, interpreted and served in a modern way. The idea here is that sharing enlivens the dining atmosphere, where conversations and opinions flow with natural ease! Smaller dishes, for example, such as the cauliflower with carrot and xo sauce, or the arancini with chicken ragout; larger dishes such as the young pork loin with kosho, or the beef cheek with celery and orange, all showcase a refined creative edge. The large, available space here makes it perfect for larger get-togethers: birthdays, communions, weddings, business or festive events, and conferences.
