Moffo, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów, has quietly built a reputation as one of the city’s more versatile dining destinations. Chef Jakub Adamczyk worked in Michelin starred kitchens in London, including Mirabelle and The Square — his experience informs every aspect of his menu, as confident as it is creative. In April 2026 he co-hosted the prestigious THE BESTS ON TOUR gala alongside Europe’s finest Michelin-starred chefs — a testament to the regard in which he is held. His menu is an engaging fusion of modern Polish cuisine with Italian, Asian and Mediterranean influences, always from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes such as the beef tenderloin tartare with pickled wild mushroom and Polish wasabi, the octopus carpaccio with mango and chili salsa, and the dry-aged ribeye steak speak volumes of the kitchen’s skills.
