Chef Jakub Adamczyk worked in Michelin starred kitchens in London, including Mirabelle and The Square — his experience informs every aspect of his menu, as confident as it is creative. In April 2026 he co-hosted the prestigious THE BESTS ON TOUR gala alongside Europe’s finest Michelin-starred chefs — a testament to the regard in which he is held. His menu is an engaging fusion of modern Polish cuisine with Italian, Asian and Mediterranean influences, always from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
