The five star Hotel Pod Roza (‘Under the Roses’), traces its history to the 14th century. Located on Florianska Street, once part of the Royal Route, this former Renaissance Palace is the oldest hotel in Krakow, in operation since the 17th century. Tsar Alexander I of Russia, Franz Liszt, Honoré de Balzac have been amongst its many eminent guests.
