This innovative restaurant in Warsaw’s center, the EATERY, has garnered a reputation for the reimagining of traditional Polish home-cooking into its modern presentations. The adherence to creating everything in its kitchen is one reason why the quality is stellar. Much demanded by guests, as examples, are the onion flatbread with onions, poppy seeds, and salt; or the slow cooked ribs, for over eight hours in dark beer, topped with honey glaze! The internal space, with rattan and marble, with each element custom-designed, with music and film as part of the decor, serves to meditate one’s mind on the artful composition of the plate.
