Warsztat – Food & Garden’s culinary glory has much to do with the deeply personal story of its founder, Marta Stalmach. Her vision transformed her father’s autoshop (“warsztat” in Polish) into one of Wrocław’s distinctive eateries. Conceived by her as a true “workshop” when it opened in 2015, it remains a place of continuous creation, learning, and craftsmanship — albeit in the kitchen. Inspired by family traditions, childhood memories of baking with her grandmother, and years of experience with natural ingredients, Marta created a concept rooted in authenticity. Recognized by Michelin in 2025, the kitchen focuses on honest flavors, carefully sourced products, and recipes that harmonize with the seasons. It now includes a bakery as well, where the philosophy of creating everything from scratch, without compromise, is applied throughout. The surrounding garden offers a connection to nature, making Warsztat a blessing that offsets a hasty, rushing world. Thank you, dear Marta!
