Owners Jacek Boniecki and his wonderful wife Teresa, inspired by the culinary heritage of the region, emphasize craftsmanship and attention to detail in dishes prepared with locally sourced fresh ingredients. In recognition, Michelin awarded the restaurant its coveted recommendation in 2025.
