Filipa 18 Food-Wine-Art, recommended by Michelin in 2026 as it has been over the last many years, is conveniently located across from Stary Kleparz, the Old Farmer’s Market just 200 meters or so from the Main Square. Award-winning Chef Marcin Soltys, who was trained at the Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon, taps into this rich source of local vendors to transform regional, seasonal produce into modern interpretations of traditional Polish cuisine. He creates what may be best described as a rhapsody of fine food! The adventure begins with bread, baked on premises according to traditional recipes, followed by complimentary amuse-bouche and other exhilarating creations, complemented with wine carefully selected from the restaurant’s extensive collection. Here where tradition and modernity mix, the restaurant’s ambiance is further enhanced with works of art made by young artists from the School of Fine Arts next door.
