NUTA, by Andrea Camastra
TOP VIEW…
Plac Trzech Krzyzy (Three Crosses Square), in Warsaw’s heart is known for the historic neoclassic church, St. Alexander’s. Today there is another divine attraction here—NUTA, the repeat Michelin-star awarded culinary home of the celebrated chef Andrea Camastra! Italian-born, he perfected his natural abilities at top venues across Europe, while also earning his master’s at Oxford. As Warsaw’s good fortune would have it, he chose this city to grace with his creative genius. His inspired creations are parts of set-menus, made with the confluence of sublime artistry, techniques of molecular gastronomy, yet endowed with an artisanal wholesomeness. The name NUTA refers to his philosophy of the ‘note-by-note’ steps of flavors, metaphoric rungs which make one ascend to gastronomic heaven! There is indeed an all-enveloping harmony which one experiences with Camastra’s craft, an unsaid testimony to his ingenuity!
