Restaurant Warszawska located within the Hotel Warszawa conveys its ‘special-ness’ with its large open glass kitchen, and its expansive modern space that is such a unique characteristic of it. This is an apt home where standards of Polish cuisine are enhanced by Chef Dariusz Barański’s skills. While they still emerge named as the classic beef tartare; or dumplings with potatoes, with wild garlic and gravy; or the slow-roasted sea bass with hollandaise sauce, the difference lies in their making. Only local, organic, seasonal products are used, derived from trusted, regional suppliers. Cold meats are cured in its own smokehouse on premises, cheese is made with traditional methods, the bread baked from organic grains, and even the ice cream made from natural milk. Great for lunch and dinner, breakfast is served as well with fresh fruit and vegetable juice always served. Polish hospitality at its true best!
