Cucina Mia is a celebration of Italy’s rich passion, culture, and culinary heritage. The restaurant’s concept has been created by Chef Deniele Pampagnin who brings his experience from Cecconi’s, Soho House, and places such as Mykonos, Ibiza and London. The kitchen is run by Michelin-recognized Chef Lorenzo Robustelli. Embracing the essence of L’Autentica Cucina Italiana, the menu is crafted from the finest ingredients sourced from the Apennine Peninsula—Amalfi lemons, Vesuvius tomatoes, Umbriaco cheese soaked in red wine, San Daniele ham, Piedmont black truffles, Mazara del Vallo red shrimp, fresh fish, and Verace mussels direct from Sicilian fishing boats Ciclamina and Sokrati! The restaurant is particularly proud to have brought back a 300-year-old recipe for focaccia from a small Italian town! Each dish tells a captivating story of tradition, complemented by exquisite desserts and an exceptional selection of wines. An unwavering dedication, indeed, says it all!
